The Secretary General is the highest administrative officer of the College, responsible for ensuring the effective functioning of all administrative and operational activities. Acting as a key advisor to the Rector, the Secretary General provides guidance on academic and administrative policies while ensuring that decisions and objectives of the College’s governing bodies are implemented efficiently and effectively. They oversee the monitoring of College operations, take corrective action when necessary, and manage both public service officials and other staff members. Additionally, the Secretary General supervises the College’s finances and resources, manages the flow of information, ensures compliance with legal requirements, collaborates regularly with academic unit secretaries, coordinates reporting with subordinate administrative bodies, and performs other tasks as entrusted by the Rector.
